Tick Tock Together

(2017 -present)

Performance and participation sensory workshops.

Originally for children under-5 and their carers, Abbey Craig’s Tick Tock has evolved to include anyone, all ‘tick-tocking -together’.

Abbey was lucky enough to work with Gerry Mannion and the original Tick Tock Music for the Under 5’s (in Islington, London) for a number of years.

Tick Tock Together has established successful groups in Dundee and Angus, and works in partnership with local groups, charities, and educational settings, including  Dundee and Angus College. Abbey devises sessions to ensure every person is represented with positivity. Tick Tock Together strives for full representation and accessibility through drama, puppetry, songs, rhyme, music, and movement.

“Abbey encouraged such positive responses from our children, the session was very inclusive and there were lots of smiles and giggling and even some vocalisations in response to the interaction. The children were so engaged with Abbey, the music/singing and the props. We feel like the children got so much out of the session. The staff enjoyed it too, particularly seeing the children’s responses, and were able to learn different ways to make songs/stories more inclusive. A fabulous session.”
